Work you'll do
As a Manager, Technical Transformation on the Business Finance team, you will be responsible for leading the design, integration, and architectural governance of OneStream solutions that support enterprise performance management objectives across multiple pods or projects.

Work you'll do

- Lead the design and implementation of OneStream solutions for financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Align business requirements with scalable technical architectures that support federal government and enterprise finance use cases
- Oversee integrations between OneStream and enterprise platforms, including enterprise resource planning and data warehouse environments
- Provide architectural governance across multiple pods or projects in parallel to support solution quality, consistency, and performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders across development, functional, and business process teams to drive configurations, best practices, and delivery outcomes

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Active Secret clearance
- Active OneStream Certified Professional certification as a Lead Architect or Core Platform Architect
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- 5 years of OneStream experience supporting budgeting, planning, and/or federal government use cases, including core finance processes such as financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, and reporting
- 3 years integrating enterprise performance management and corporate performance management platforms with enterprise systems, including enterprise resource planning and data warehouse environments
- 2 years leading implementations within an agile or hybrid-agile software development lifecycle and coordinating development, functional, and business process teams across multiple pods or projects
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Experience supporting multiple pods or projects in parallel
- Additional experience with complex, multi-system application landscapes
- Additional OneStream certifications
