Work you'll do
As a Healthcare Solutions Senior Manager on the AI & Engineering Industry Solutions team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading clinically focused transformation initiatives for healthcare provider, payer, and public sector clients, with an emphasis on nursing workflows, care delivery operations, and technology-enabled models of care
- Advising executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders on strategies to improve patient care delivery, workforce effectiveness, clinical quality, and operational performance through artificial intelligence, digital, and data-enabled solutions
- Assessing current-state clinical and operational workflows, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and developing future-state processes aligned with frontline clinician needs, patient safety priorities, and organizational goals
- Driving implementation of solutions across perioperative services, care operations, workforce optimization, and clinical practice transformation, including oversight of project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
- Translating emerging trends in healthcare technology, artificial intelligence, nursing innovation, and clinical operations into practical, scalable solutions that improve clinician experience and measurable business and care outcomes
- Leading business growth and eminence activities, such as pursuit development, proposal support, relationship expansion, white papers, blogs, and speaking engagements

Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics field
- 10 years of experience in consulting, healthcare provider organizations, healthcare payer organizations, public sector healthcare, and/or health policy environments
- 6 years of experience advising executive stakeholders, including C-suite, clinical, and operational leaders
- 6 years of experience leading clinical operations, care delivery transformation, workforce transformation, and/or healthcare strategy engagements
- 5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams, including coaching, performance management, and delivery oversight
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel 50-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Registered Nurse licensure
- Advanced degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a clinical field
- 3 years of experience supporting artificial intelligence, digital, analytics, and/or automation-enabled solutions in healthcare or clinical settings
- 3 years of experience developing clinical policy, regulatory guidance, operating models, and/or performance measurement frameworks in healthcare environments
- 3 years of experience in nursing operations, perioperative services, patient safety, clinical workflow redesign, and/or care delivery transformation
- 3 years of experience in healthcare business development, proposal development, go-to-market activities, and/or practice-building efforts
