Work You'll Do
As a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the GPS team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting strategy and transformation engagements for government and public sector clients across planning, analysis, and execution activities
- Developing client-ready deliverables, including presentations, reports, process documentation, and implementation plans
- Conducting research, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify issues, evaluate options, and inform recommendations
- Coordinating with client and Deloitte team members to track actions, manage milestones, and support day-to-day workstream delivery
- Preparing materials for meetings, workshops, and leadership briefings and documenting decisions, risks, and next steps

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 years of experience supporting strategy, transformation, program management, or operational improvement initiatives
- 4 years of experience developing presentations, reports, analyses, or process documentation for client or executive audiences
- 2 years of experience supporting government, public sector, or higher education clients
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph eligibility required
- Ability to work on-site in Rosslyn, VA up to 5 days a week
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
