- Lead SAP SD/OTC client engagements by designing and implementing SAP solutions.
- Gather and translate business requirements into system designs and technical specifications.
- Develop strong client relationships, guiding teams in developing business requirements and functional designs.
- Drive business development by cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and contributing to sales and proposal efforts.
- Promote knowledge sharing and innovation by participating in forums and developing tools to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Required
- 8 years of relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large consulting firm, boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within industry
- 5 years of functional configuration experience with the SAP SD/OTC module
- 3 years of SAP SD/OTC business process design experience
- Experience participating in all phases of at least 4 full end-to-end SAP implementations, with a focus on SAPSD/OTC, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- 4 years' experience in a technical or functional lead role, overseeing teams on at least 2 SAP SD/OTC, end-to-end full lifecycle implementations
- Experience with at least 2 full life cycle SAP S4 HANA implementations
- Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree plus equivalent experience
Preferred
- Previous experience working directly for a "Big 4" consulting firm
- Professional experience participating in SAP ECC to S/4 HANA migrations
- Experience with Signavio
- At least 1 current SAP certification
- Master's degree
