Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.
Work You'll Do
This role supports planning, procurement, execution, and documentation of conferences, workshops, and specialized training for the team. Responsibilities include organizing meetings, arranging facilities, preparing flyers, announcements, minutes, presentations, and technical reports, and serving as a technical representative at committees and seminars when authorized. Additional support includes conducting training effectiveness surveys and assisting with Concur travel, ATTAPS timekeeping, and accountability.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2 years of experience in a strategic planning, administrative support, or project coordination capacity
- Active TS or DOE-Q security clearance required
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 4 - 5 days per week.
- Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Experience coordinating conferences, training, and workshops
- Travel management in Concur

Salary : $97,700 - $162,800
