Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:
- Manage the secure, efficient transport of equipment and coordinate personnel movement to support Client objectives, while identifying and mitigating logistical risks.
- Develop and manage life cycle sustainment plans covering the full asset spectrum, including acquisition, maintenance, upgrades, and end-of-life processes.
- Design and implement logistics strategies, operational concepts, and maintenance plans aligned with evolving Client mission requirements.
- Facilitate and optimize Client personnel transit within the US, ensuring compliance with policies and collaboration with operational teams.
- Provide expertise in joint planning systems, supporting military exercise planning and ensuring logistics readiness for contingencies.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business management, or related field.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
- Ability to work fully on site in Honolulu, HI.
- Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- 8 years of related experience in logistics management.
- 5 years of experience in supporting military operations logistics, planning, or related roles.
Preferred:
- Masters degree in logistics, supply chain management, business management, or related field preferred.
