The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,000 to $198,400.

Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:
- Analyze manufacturing capacity, supplier dependencies, and production constraints to identify bottlenecks and risk concentrations.
- Assess vulnerabilities across multiple tiers of the supplier network, including single points of failure, fragile sub-tier dependencies, and risks to strategic materials sourcing.
- Evaluate supply chain health indicators (e.g., capacity, readiness, surge capability, resilience) and document assumptions, methods, and limitations.
- Support the development of dashboards, recurring assessments, and executive-ready briefings, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery in line with program requirements.
- Develop actionable mitigation options (e.g., alternate sourcing pathways, buffering strategies, qualification priorities, monitoring approaches) and support leadership decision-making.
- Coordinate across stakeholders to manage inputs, track actions, and maintain documentation repositories and version-controlled deliverables.
- Conduct surveys of diverse and technically complex industrial plant operations to assess capabilities and determine if a reliable industrial base exists to meet customer requirements.
- Function as a subject matter expert on relevant programs like the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS).

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors degree with 12 years of experience, Masters degree with 10 years of experience or PhD and 8 years of experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Top Secret security clearance required
- 8 years' experience analyzing manufacturing systems, supplier networks, capacityconstraints, or industrial ecosystem health
- 2 years experience with defense acquisition, production, sustainment, and/orlogisticsenvironments.
- 2 years experience briefing technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and producing clear written products to government officials
- 2 years experience with enterprise systems and databases for analysis, such as EBS, IBMS,PIEE, SPRS orWeb Flis
- Willingness to work on-site in Alexandria, VA up to 5 days/week (typical week 2-3 days on-site).
Preferred:
- Experience building or supporting dashboards/metrics for operational or executive audiences.
- Experience supporting formal tasking workflows (e.g., suspense management, coordination, quality control, audit-ready documentation).
- Experience working directly with military services and stakeholders in advisory or planning capacity.
