Healthcare EDI Consultant Data and Analytics | Analytics and Insights Nashville, Tennessee, United States Position Summary Our Deloitte AI & Engineering team to transform technology platforms, drive innovation, and help make a significant impact on our clients’ success. Your contributions can help clients improve financial performance, accelerate new digital ventures, and fuel growth through innovation. Work You’ll Do Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of integration solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams. Design, build, and deploy product-based data integration and ETL solutions. Develop, manage, and troubleshoot EDI transactions, including 834, 835, 837, 270/271, 999, and TA1. Build and maintain integrations that support secure and accurate healthcare data exchange. Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Provide technical leadership through code reviews, architecture guidance, and enforcement of development best practices. Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve data integration workflows for performance and reliability. Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with healthcare standards and regulatory requirements. Support production deployments, monitor integration performance, and resolve integration-related issues in a timely manner. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role. 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing data integration and ETL solutions. 3+ years of experience working with healthcare EDI transactions, including 834, 835, 837, 270/271, 999, and TA1. 1+ years of experience supporting full-cycle production deployments and resolving post-production integration issues within defined SLA timelines. Ability to travel 15-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Preferred: 2+ years of experience leading technical teams, including conducting code reviews and providing design guidance. Experience with healthcare data standards and compliance requirements, including HIPAA and data governance controls. Demonstrated ability to optimize integration workflows, with measurable improvements in processing performance, error reduction, or data quality.
