Work You'll DoThe AI Solutions Leader in Deloitte's Human Capital Consulting HC Forward will be tasked with supporting the sales, solution design, development and deployment of AI products and platforms across Human Capital Solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling products, services, and consulting within the commercial marketplace.
Additionally, the AI Solutions Leader will lead sales and delivery of client engagements, while also designing and delivering architecture for complex AI and engineering problems related to HR applications. As a Project Delivery Specialist II (PDS II) at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. - Design and architect health plan applications from the ground up, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with health plan regulations.
- Proven experience integrating Epic Tapestry application with external systems. Solid understanding of healthcare claim processing workflows, including eligibility, adjudication and payment processes.
- Work command center shifts to investigate during go-live, document, and resolve break-fix tickets.
- Expert in healthcare interoperability and compliance standards in healthcare, such as HIPAA, HL7 and FHIR.
- Deeply experienced Epic analyst to work implementation, build and strong experience with SDLC for Epic.

Required Qualifications

- 8 years in product sales, software engineering, technology architecture, or data engineering roles, with at least 3 years directly leading AI/ML solution sales, design and deployment
- 8 years of experience leading a technical team (both onshore and offshore)
- 2 years of experience architecting, building and deployment machine learning, deep learning or GenAI solutions in production environments
- 8 years of experience with application analysis, design and delivery
- 8 years of managing end-to-end lifecycle: requirements, architecture, engineering, deployment and ongoing optimization
- Proficiency in at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) and strong familiarity with relevant AI/ML tools, frameworks and automation platforms
- Ability to travel 25- 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Live within commuting distance to one of Deloitte's consulting offices
- Advanced degrees such as master's are preferred
- Certifications in AI/ML technologies and Cloud platforms, such as AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty, Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Azure AI Engineer, Azure Data Scientist, or Azure Solutions Architect
