Epic ADT / Grand Central Analyst

Work You'll Do/Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing system build and configuration for Epic ADT/Grand Central
• Develop, support and maintain all required system design and build documents and other system documentation
• Contribute to the development of testing scripts and materials
• Actively participate in all phases of the testing lifecycle and performs unit, system and integrated testing tasks and activities
• Complete specific team task activities as outlined in the project work plan and other job-related duties as assigned
• Attend team meetings to discuss team and project related activities, work tasks, and issues
• Create and maintain regular status reports and provides verbal and written status to Project Managers and project leadership, as required
• Responsible for supporting the client's Willow module within Epic, including responding to break-fix tickets, meeting with operational end-users to discuss issues as well as new functionality, preparing documentation, and working on enhancements, testing, and upgrades

Qualifications

Required

• Certification in Epic Grand Central
• Minimum of 5 years of Epic build and support experience
• 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical environment, or healthcare IT setting
• 5 years of experience with ADT
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in information technology, business, or healthcare related field; or equivalent experience
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

• Hospital or Clinic operations experience
• Additional Epic Certifications
• ITIL process knowledge
• Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
• Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
• Excellent Written and Communication Skills
• Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
