Core Infrastructure Support - Network Administrator

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supporting enterprise core network infrastructure across data center environments.
• Administer and troubleshoot SD-WAN solutions, preferably VMware VeloCloud.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Manage Palo Alto firewalls for security, policy enforcement, and traffic control.
• Support F5 load balancers for application delivery and traffic distribution.
• Design and support LAN/WAN connectivity for branches, campus, and enterprise networks.
• Monitor and optimize bandwidth, latency, throughput, and overall network performance.
• Support data center network architecture across core, distribution, and access layers.
• Maintain secure connectivity between enterprise sites and hosted environments.
• Perform capacity planning, health checks, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, firewall, and load balancing issues.
• Use monitoring tools to proactively track infrastructure health and identify issues.
• Manage incidents, requests, and changes through ServiceNow.
• Support high availability and disaster recovery for critical network services.

Qualifications

Required

• 3 years of relevant experience in network administration and enterprise network support.
• Industry certifications in 3 or more of the following: CCNA, CCNP, VeloCloud, F5, and Palo Alto
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience working in 24x7 production support / enterprise infrastructure support environments is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
