Our Human Services Transformation offering delivers large, complex systems development and transformation projects to Human Service agencies across federal, state, and local government agencies.

Work you'll do
As a Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Human Services Transformation team, you will be responsible for:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for system implementation, enhancement, and modernization initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions to define business processes, functional needs, and system design decisions
- Develop functional documentation, user stories, process flows, and traceability artifacts to support delivery
- Support development and testing cycles by clarifying requirements, reviewing outputs, tracking defects, and validating expected system behavior
- Apply experience with eligibility and enrollment systems to assess impacts, identify dependencies, and support delivery across multiple initiatives
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
- Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
- Ability to lead projects or workstreams

Qualifications
Required:
- Associate's degree
- 3 years of experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements for system implementation, modernization, or enhancement projects
- 3 years of experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, requirements sessions, or system design workshops and producing at least 2 of the following: functional specifications, user stories, process flows, or traceability documentation
- 2 years of experience supporting software development lifecycle activities, including requirements clarification, testing support, and defect tracking
- Experience with at least 1 eligibility and enrollment (E&E) system used by a government agency
- Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Experience supporting large-scale public sector systems modernization programs
- Experience with human services program operations or technology platforms
- Experience creating user stories, process flows, traceability documentation, or test support documentation
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional business, technical, and testing teams
- Experience supporting multiple workstreams or initiatives within the same program environment

Salary : $84,400 - $140,600
