Work you'll do
As a Consultant, Functional Transformation on the GPS SAP business transformation team, you will be responsible for supporting SAP-enabled transformation initiatives across the implementation lifecycle.
- Support SAP implementation and modernization efforts, including SAP S/4HANA programs and ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation activities.
- Configure SAP functionality to support business process requirements and fit-to-standard design decisions.
- Document requirements, assumptions, risks, issues, and decisions in collaboration with business, technical, integration, and data teams.
- Support process design workshops, integrated testing, and deployment activities, including unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, and stabilization.
- Develop, maintain, and govern implementation deliverables, including solution design documents, configuration rationale, test scripts, cutover inputs, deployment readiness materials, and status updates.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
- 2 years of experience working in regulated environments with enterprise resource planning controls, audit readiness, and compliance requirements
- 2 years of experience producing or governing implementation deliverables, including solution design documentation, configuration rationale, test artifacts, cutover plans, and deployment readiness materials
- 1 years of experience delivering SAP implementations, including SAP S/4HANA transformation work
- 1 years of experience configuring SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active Secret Clearance
- Experience supporting Department of Defense and/or U.S. Federal civilian agency enterprise resource planning modernization programs

Salary : $82,600 - $162,800
