Work You'll Do
- Spearhead the evolution of our established training program, ensuring it is engaging, effective, and continuously improving
- Consult with clinicians and other leaders to diagnose learning needs and provide effective recommendations and solutions.
- Lead design, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of training courses, programs, and knowledge resources.
- Redesign the clinical experience by leading initiatives to transform workflows and processes, always focusing on solutions that are intuitive and empowering for clinicians.
- Become a trusted problem-solver, applying systems thinking to analyze clinician challenges, identify root-cause opportunities, and develop strategies that measurably improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Drive change from concept to completion, independently leading process improvement projects that optimize our operations and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications
Required:
- A Bachelor's degree
- Active license (or be license-eligible) as a healthcare clinician.
- 3 years of hands-on experience providing direct patient care.
- 3 years of experience developing and leading training, professional development, or technical assistance activities for other healthcare professionals.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel up to 15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Project Management Professional (PMP) professional or equivalent experience leading complex projects. Demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and manage competing priorities.
