We help them unlock value from their real estate portfolios and functions by developing strategies, optimizing operating models and organizational design, and leveraging technology enablement.

Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant on the Capital Projects team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the configuration and implementation of Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) to optimize client project delivery
- Analyzing client needs and objectives to develop tailored solutions for complex capital projects
- Designing and configuring comprehensive PMIS solutions, including integrations, reporting, and dashboards, to meet client requirements
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure the successful rollout of systems such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, EcoSys, and Procore
- Conducting rigorous testing and validation of configured solutions, and developing detailed training and documentation to support client adoption
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
- Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
- Ability to lead projects or workstreams

Qualifications required:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, project management or related business degree
- At least 4 years of experience in PMIS system implementation, particularly Procore
- 2 years of experience in project management and project controls
- Experience with project controls activities, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and integrating those activities into technology platforms
- Experience configuring PMIS tools, performing system integrations, and developing reports and dashboard
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Visio
- Experience using artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled tools and digital technologies to improve efficiency, support analysis, and enhance the quality of work products
- Ability to travel up to 30% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited sponsorship may be available
- Master's degree in engineering or construction management, or MBA
- One or more of the following certifications: PE, ASA, PMP, CFA, CFE, CCE or CPA
- Proficiency in using Project Management tools, including Oracle Unifier, Procore, Hexagon Ecosys, Kahua, Primavera P6, and Power BI
- Experience in a professional services firm
- International engagement experience
- Multi-lingual

Salary : $110,700 - $218,300
