Work you'll do
As a Product Specialist on the Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team, you will be responsible for helping define, build, and launch digital products that align to business objectives and customer needs.
- Define product goals, user needs, success metrics, and tradeoffs with client and Deloitte stakeholders.
- Maintain product backlogs, roadmaps, requirements, and acceptance criteria to support delivery priorities.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions and validate outcomes through feedback, iteration, and measurement.
- Communicate product decisions, progress, dependencies, and risks through stakeholder updates, demos, and working sessions.
- Support evaluation of artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies to identify opportunities to improve product discovery, delivery, or operations.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of product management experience supporting software products delivered by cross-functional teams
- Experience defining product requirements, maintaining product backlogs, or supporting roadmap prioritization for digital products
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Experience using generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) tools to support the product development process
- Experience working in a consulting environment or serving Fortune 500 companies

Salary : $86,700 - $170,900
