Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Track and manage project progress, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery. Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders. Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications
- At least 8 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience 10 preferred
- In-depth knowledge of AWS
- API development experience with Node.js
- Willing to work onsite at the client office in Cockeysville, MD, 4 days a week
- P&C (Property & Casualty) Insurance knowledge is preferred, though not required
