Manages risk and opportunities associated with diverse and complex grant programs through end-to-end grants management solutions.

Work You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end publication production for complex, high-visibility reports-owning schedule, workflow, and delivery under tight deadlines, from early drafts through final release.
- Design and produce publication-ready documents in Adobe InDesign, including 100 page reports, applying strong layout, typography, accessibility/readability, and print/digital production standards.
- Draft, edit, and revise long-form narrative content, ensuring a consistent voice, logical structure, and high editorial quality while reconciling input from multiple stakeholders.
- Manage iterative review cycles by coordinating comments, maintaining rigorous version control, tracking issues/decisions, and ensuring formatting consistency across frequent changes.
- Update and validate complex report components (e.g., tables, figures, appendices, references, summaries) to reflect current and accurate information while preserving design integrity and document cohesion.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret security clearance required
- 5 years of professional publishing, editorial, and production experience delivering complex, high-visibility reports under tight deadlines
- 4 years of advanced Adobe InDesign experience designing and producing publication-ready documents (including 100 page reports), with strong layout, typography, and print/digital production standards
- 3 years drafting, editing, and revising long-form narrative content, incorporating and reconciling inputs from multiple stakeholders while maintaining consistent voice, structure, and editorial quality
- 3 years managing iterative review cycles with strong version control, issue tracking, and formatting consistency across frequent content changes
- 2 years updating and validating complex report components to reflect current, accurate information while preserving design integrity
- 2 years supporting U.S. Federal clients and/or producing content aligned to federal financial accounting and reporting expectations
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
