As a Project Integration Engineer III on the project, you will provide executive-level administrative, personnel processing, and correspondence support in a high-visibility front office environment. Operating under the direction of front office leadership, this position ensures timely, accurate, and compliant execution of personnel actions, official correspondence, records management, and coordination activities that support leadership decision-making, workforce accountability, and mission execution.

Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's degree in public administration, policy, human resources, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret security clearance required
- 6 years of experience in executive administrative support, personnel action processing, human resources administration, correspondence/staff action processing, compliance/policy administration, records management, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated knowledge of personnel processing procedures, administrative practices, and records management requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional editing and close attention to detail in formatting, names, dates, references, and supporting documentation.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools, HR information systems, and digital document/recordkeeping systems.
- Demonstrated discretion and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Proven ability to prioritize competing requirements and deliver high-quality, accurate outputs under tight deadlines in a high-tempo environment.
- Experience processing Joint personnel actions, Joint awards, assignments, onboarding/out-processing actions, or related military/government personnel transactions.
- Familiarity with Joint Manning Document management, rating schemes, assignment rosters, and workforce tracking systems.
- Military/government training in staff action processing, official correspondence writing, executive support, records management/information governance, protocol/VIP visit coordination, privacy, or controlled information handling.
- Relevant military occupational specialties/backgrounds such as Army 42A, USMC 0111, Navy YN/PS, or Air Force 3F5X1.

Salary : $93,200 - $155,400
