Work You'll Do

As a Project - Senior Consultant on our Human Capital team, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating the planning, scheduling, and execution of training courses to ensure effective and efficient delivery of learning events
• Serving as the component registrar and maintains responsibility for participant enrollment, registration records, attendance documentation, and related administrative actions
• Collaborating with instructors, subject matter experts, and program stakeholders to support the development, organization, and delivery of training activities
• Monitoring and managing training logistics, including schedules, course materials, classroom or virtual meeting arrangements, and participant communications
• Maintaining accurate training records, files, and reports in accordance with established policies, procedures, and program requirements
• Identifying and resolving scheduling, registration, and logistical issues to support uninterrupted training operations
• Providing administrative and operational support to ensure training events are conducted in a timely, coordinated, and professional manner

Qualifications

Required:

• 7 years of professional work experience
• 2 years of experience coordinating with stakeholders across an organization
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to work on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, Virginia
• Ability to travel 5%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

• Experience supporting training or learning program delivery
• Experience supporting intelligence community clients

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
