Work You’ll Do
As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:
- Support Supply Directorate operations by completing assigned tasks and processing supply policy requests
- Provide technical input to support updates to defense supply policies, directives, and manuals
- Conduct analysis and develop recommendations to improve supply chain processes, including asset visibility, cataloging, provisioning, demand planning, and munitions lifecycle management
- Assist with the drafting and maintenance of policies related to DMSMS, Defense Logistics Management Standards (DLMS), and Logistics Reassignments
- Track and support reporting related to warehouse utilization, property accountability, LESO reporting, and Federal Catalog changes, including quarterly and annual reporting requirements
- Support policy and process alignment across supply areas such as Class I (Subsistence), Class VIII (Medical Supplies & Equipment), demilitarization and disposition, warehousing, and cataloging/provisioning
- Ensure compliance with Federal Catalog standards and Defense Logistics Management Standards

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret security clearance required
- 5 years of experience in policy analysis, policy development, and policy writing
- 1 years of experience with defense supply chain management policy concepts and practices in one or more of the following areas: Class I (Subsistence) and Class VIII (Medical Supplies & Equipment), demilitarization and disposition, warehousing, and cataloging/provisioning
- 1 years of experience with workflow management in the defense industry
- Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, VA up to 5 days/week (typical week 2–3 days on-site)
Preferred:
- Experience supporting integrated program execution in a logistics or supply chain environment
- Experience supporting reviews, assessments, and governance activities related to supply and materiel management
