Work You’ll Do
As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:
- Lead and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements and provide technical guidance on Salesforce best practices.
- Review system documentation, including solution design, technical specifications, and test plans.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities, and evaluate their applicability to our organization’s needs.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture including Apex, JavaScript, HTML, Vue.js, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, and Salesforce APIs
- 1 years of experience working with Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- 1 years of experience working with Salesforce CRM Tools: Data Loader, Force.com, IDE, Workbench, ANT Migration Tool, Visual Studio Code (VS Code)
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
- Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.) and security protocols (OAuth, SAML).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Salesforce certified (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect) strongly preferred.
- Prior experience supporting federal agencies in the Washington, D.C. area.
