Work You’ll Do
As a Project Delivery Specialist for our federal sector client in the Human Capital group, you will:
- Coordinate with Staff Officers and/or Task Operations Support Manager for smooth execution of daily operations.
- Schedule meetings, books travel, reserves conference rooms, coordinates meetings, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Track assignments, monitors deadlines, and confirms that daily tasks are completed promptly and without error.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for logistical arrangements, supporting the efficient flow of information and activities across the mission offices and executives.
- Enable Staff Officers to focus on higher-priority and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- Ability to work fully onsite in McLean, VA
- 5 years in project coordination, project management, and operational efficiency
- 3 years coordinating complex travel, meetings, assignments and deadlines with high proficiency and attention to detail
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- 2 years of experience in professional services environment
