Work You’ll Do
As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:
- Maintain PP&E records by tracking acquisitions, transfers, and disposals; validating capitalization vs. expense; and performing periodic reconciliations between the GL and property systems/trackers.
- Execute asset valuation and compliance activities (e.g., depreciation reviews, valuation support, audit requests).
- Provide advice on the adequacy (or creation) of policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- 5 years of experience related to fixed assets/PP&E tracking, valuation, and policy
- 2 years of experience within intelligence community
- 5 years of experience with IT invoices and purchase orders
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professional to co-locate in person 5 days per week in McLean, VA
