Work You'll Do
As a Consultant for our Federal client, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting organizational change management activities for a specific system implementation
- Developing and delivering clear, strategic communications to inform stakeholders, reinforce key messages, and support the change journey
- Conducting Change Impact Assessments to identify business impacts, stakeholder needs, and adoption risks associated with the implementation
- Supporting the design, development, and delivery of training materials and end-user learning activities to drive successful system utilization
- Collaborating with clients, project teams, and leadership to align change strategies, address concerns, and promote stakeholder engagement
- Managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail, helping stakeholders navigate change effectively through proactive coordination and communication

Qualifications
Required:
- 2 years of experience engaging with client stakeholders and coordinating stakeholder assessments and engagements
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
