Work you'll do

As an  Logistics Business Process Integrator- Strategy and Transformation Senior Consultant on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for…

  • Provide analysis of medical logistics data (transactional schema, external communications) and interpret for data migration/conversion and modernized reporting capabilities. 
  • Document and research data lineage, authority, and usage across value streams
  • Lead and support project management activities in the implementation of the LogiCole application.
  • Validate pre and post data migrations to verify accuracy
  • Identify and process automatic data migration validation business rules
  • Aid various strategic and business process improvement efforts. 
  • Optimize workflows to streamline user management of system-generated recommendations, messages and alerts. 
  • Propose improvement strategies in collaboration with Government Leads and Product Owners. 
  • Support multiple MVCs throughout LogiCole implementation.
  • Plan Team Agile Interval scope and velocity to meet requirement determinations.
  • Troubleshoot legacy system issue tickets alongside development and data teams

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • 5 years of experience as a management consultant / business analyst supporting federal government customers 
  • 2 years experience creating and analyzing data and creating data visualizations that communicate outcomes, improvements and costs
  • 2 years experience statistical methods for the measurement of outcomes
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 

Preferred: 

  • Experience supporting Medical logistics or equivalent supply chain experience in the defense space 

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Virginia, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,800 to $188,400.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
