Work you'll do
As a Project Software Engineer II on the Engineering as a Service team, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, building, and maintaining custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps to streamline processes and improve user experience
- Developing and configuring Power Automate workflows to automate manual tasks and integrate business processes across Microsoft 365 and other systems
- Connecting Power Apps solutions to data sources, including SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, and external application programming interfaces
- Troubleshooting, testing, and optimizing applications for performance, usability, security, and reliability
- Collaborating with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable low-code solutions
- Leading and mentoring junior developers through technical guidance, solution reviews, and support for delivery of Power Apps and Power Automate solutions

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- 2 years of experience in data analysis
- Ability to work onsite 100% of the time in Norfolk, Virginia
- Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Active Public Trust clearance
- One or more Microsoft Certified Power Platform certifications
