- Supporting delivery of finance managed services activities across core finance processes
- Executing day-to-day finance operations, including analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and process support
- Using enterprise platforms and reporting tools to complete assigned work, track outputs, and maintain documentation
- Identifying process issues, supporting resolution activities, and escalating risks, exceptions, or delays as needed
- Collaborating with client stakeholders and internal teams to support service delivery, reporting needs, and operational objectives

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph eligibility required
- Ability to work on-site in Huntsville, AL up to 5 days per week
- 2 years of experience in finance operations, finance transformation, shared services, or managed services
- 2 years of experience supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, record-to-report, order-to-cash, or procure-to-pay processes
- 1 years of experience using enterprise resource planning platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Workday
- 1 years of experience preparing reconciliations, reports, or financial analyses
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant credential
- Experience supporting finance managed services delivery in a consulting or professional services environment
- Experience creating process documentation, standard operating procedures, or control documentation
- Experience with dashboards, service level reporting, or key performance indicators
- Experience supporting finance system implementation, optimization, or stabilization activities
- Experience working with stakeholders across finance and operations functions
