Work You’ll Do
As a Project - Consultant, Finance Managed Services on the Finance Managed Services team, you will be responsible for:
- Support financial management and audit readiness activities across defense-focused programs and initiatives
- Analyze business processes, risks, and controls to help strengthen execution and improve program outcomes
- Develop presentations, status updates, process documentation, and other client-ready deliverables
- Coordinate with stakeholders to track priorities, manage action items, and support delivery against program milestones
- Perform data analysis and research to identify issues, evaluate impacts, and inform recommendations for improvement

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of experience supporting financial management, audit readiness, internal controls, business process improvement, or program management activities
- 2 years of experience supporting federal government or Department of Defense programs
- 1 years of experience developing process documentation, standard operating procedures, briefing materials, or status reports
- 1 years of experience analyzing financial, operational, or program data using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Ability to work onsite in Dayton, OH 100% of the time
- Active Secret security clearance required
Preferred:
- Experience supporting audit readiness or financial improvement initiatives
- Experience with Federal Managers' Financial Integrity Act, Office of Management and Budget Circular A-123, or Government Accountability Office Standards for Internal Control in the Federal Government
- Experience supporting Working Capital Fund or revolving fund environments
- Experience with enterprise resource planning systems, financial reporting tools, or workflow tracking tools
- Experience preparing materials for senior leaders or governance forums
