Work You’ll Do
As a Project Delivery Manager and Cloud Systems Administrator on the project, you will administer and sustain secure cloud infrastructure supporting multiple classification levels, including DoD Impact Level (IL) 4/IL5 environments. This role requires advanced cloud administration expertise, strong reliability discipline in production operations, and deep familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) compliance requirements.
- Administer and sustain secure cloud infrastructure across multiple classification levels, including DoD IL4/IL5 environments; configure compute, storage, networking, VMs, and containers
- Implement and operate Infrastructure as Code (IaC) at scale (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM) to standardize, automate, and govern deployments
- Monitor and optimize production environments for availability, performance, security posture, capacity, and cost, using enterprise observability and tuning practices
- Ensure compliance and audit readiness by partnering with security teams on RMF, NIST, STIGs, DoD 8140, vulnerability remediation, and ATO/accreditation activities
- Lead incident troubleshooting and resilience planning, including backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity for mission-critical systems; support 24/7 operations and on-call rotation
- Drive secure modernization by leading cloud migrations, integrating with DevSecOps, enforcing privileged access/zero trust, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining technical documentation/stakeholder engagement

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 5 years of experience within the following:
- Experience administering secure cloud infrastructure in compliance-heavy environments
- Proven experience implementing IaC at scale and operating production cloud systems with strong reliability discipline
- Hands-on Linux administration experience (RHCSA-aligned)
- Hands-on Kubernetes operations and deployments (CKA/CKAD-aligned)
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Cloud Infrastructure
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active TS clearance required with the eligibility to obtain an SCI.
- Ability to be on site in Arlington, VA 4 days a week
