Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey—before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.
Work You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging virtual and in-person client trainings and communicate effectively with executive-level clients
- Support requirements gathering to inform new tech features and updates, and applies critical and strategic thinking to translate AI concepts into customer-facing actionable guidance.
- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to continuously improve content, delivery, and overall learner experience.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Ability to work onsite in Washington DC 3 days a week
- 2 years' professional experience with GenAI tools
