Work You’ll Do
As a Project Delivery Senior Analyst on the project, you will:
- Support software development (maintenance, enhancements, & modernization) of mission critical systems
- Leads multiple Product Backlog Refinement (PBR) sessions per week
- Write epics, features, and user stories
- Support and maintain product roadmaps
- Support team-level reporting
- Facilitate sessions including daily stand ups and retros
- Work closely with the Product Lead to validate work is on time, escalate risks, and flags dependencies
- Lead release management through client-specific processes/stage gates

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret security clearance required
- 2 years of experience in Agile Software Development delivery and project management
- Ability to be on site 2-3 days per week in Rosslyn, VA
Preferred:
- Experience with SDLC
- Experience with UX/UI design
- Experience with product backlog management and user requirements gathering
- Experience with Jira
