Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

Work You’ll Do

As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:

• Serve as an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Functional Analyst supporting a large, complex Department of Defense (DoD) program.
• Support and document DoD accounting processes and policies, ensuring ERP configurations and user workflows align with required controls, reporting, and compliance needs.
• Implement and configure the Momentum ERP classified accounting system to support DoD mission and financial requirements.
• Analyze, and document business needs; translate them into functional requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Partner with client stakeholders to shape and refine the ERP strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment to operational and compliance needs.
• Support Program Management Office (PMO) activities including project documentation, status reporting, coordination, and deliverable tracking.
• Support ERP logistics and operational processes through troubleshooting, issue triage, user support, and end-user training.
• Plan and execute test activities (e.g., system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)); document defects, retest results, and readiness.
• Maintain accurate records of configurations, process changes, decisions, and project artifacts to support auditability and repeatability.

Qualifications

Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree 
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
• Active Top Secret security clearance required
• Must be willing to work on site in Rosslyn, VA 100% of the time
• 4 years of experience applying DoD accounting practices/policies and reporting expectations
• 3 years of experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and developing functional specifications
• 3 years of experience conducting system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), or end-user training
• 3 years of experience ERP functional issues and supporting end-users
