Work you’ll do

As a Functional Consultant at Deloitte Digital, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing, and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results. 

You will:

• Facilitate discovery and explore workshops to understand current processes, pain points, and business requirements.
• Translate requirements into business blueprints, process flows, functional designs, and configuration specifications.
• Advise clients on SAP CX capabilities, digital transformation opportunities, and implementation roadmaps.
• Configure sales processes, including leads, opportunities, pipeline management, quotations, and forecasting.
• Configure service processes, including case management, agent experiences, queues, escalations, SLAs, and channel routing.
• Set up sales and service organizational structures, roles, access controls, and user assignments.
• Support integrations, data migration, and end-to-end solution design, including SAP C4C-to-Sales and Service Cloud V2 transitions.
• Partner with development teams to design, build, and test required extensions and integration objects.
• Plan and execute prototyping, testing, training coordination, and operational support documentation.
• Apply working knowledge of SAP Field Service Management and SAP CPQ to support end-to-end CX requirements.

Qualifications

Required

• 3 years of experience in SAP CX implementations in Sales & Service transformations using SAP Sales and Service Cloud V1 / V2 and SAP BTP Build;
• 3 years of experience in SAP Sales Cloud & Service Cloud functional and technical configuration & setup including CTI integration;
• 3 years of experience in ‘Lead to Cash’ and ‘Customer Service to Field Service’ processes;
• Some experience in SAP FSM and SAP CPQ Cloud solutions
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred

• Experience in SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Cloud
• Experience in SAP CPQ 2.0
• Experience in SAP OTC – Sales and Distribution

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,700 - $170,900.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
