Work you’ll do
As an Onestream Senior Consultant on the Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for:

• You will partner with clients to assess finance needs and deliver tailored OneStream-enabled solutions.
• You will analyze data to generate actionable insights across planning, consolidation, and reporting.
• You will support full lifecycle implementations, including design, build (business rules), testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• You will develop and present recommendations that align to client strategy and measurable KPIs.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., data, UI/UX, integration) to enable robust process flows and APIs.
• You will contribute to project management activities, including plans, risks, issues, and stakeholder updates.

The team
Responsible for the installation, development, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of package technologies. Includes defining or coordinating common processes or procedures to support package custom development, APIs, UI/UX, and process flows and handshakes.

Our Business Finance offering helps drive strategic value through financial planning, forecasting, and analytics capabilities. By leveraging next-gen processes, scalable data platforms, and AI, our clients deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights.

Qualifications

Required:

• 4 years of experience in a corporate or consulting environment.
• 2 years of OneStream experience, including 2 full lifecycle OneStream implementations with business rules.
• 2 years of experience in finance business processes and corporate reporting requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Ability to travel 25–50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

• 3 years of experience in full lifecycle OneStream implementations.
• 1 years in a client-facing role.
• 1 years of experience managing engagements or workstreams.
• 1 years of experience supporting presales activities (proposals, RFPs).
• 1 years of experience mentoring or coaching junior team members.
• Advanced degree.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 to $198,400.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
