Work you’ll do/Responsibilities  

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant to join our project team, specializing in SAP ECC (Suite on HANA) with a focus on SAP OTC. You will be responsible for understanding requirement, designing, building Functional Specifications, and testing / deployment. The projects are run in a complex SAP environment with heavy volume of transactions.

Requirements Analysis

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements for SAP Order to Cash development, focusing on enhancing cash-related processes

SAP Development

• Draft design documents and functional specifications for SAP Order to Cash, ensuring alignment with business needs and efficient development

Customization and Configuration

• Customize and configure SAP ECC for Order to Cash, meeting specific business needs and optimizing functionality within the SAP environment

Testing and Troubleshooting

• Conduct comprehensive testing of SAP Order to Cash solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely resolutions for system reliability

Collaboration with other SAP module Teams and development teams

• Work closely with other SAP functional teams to ensure seamless integration and map end-to-end scenarios related to Order to Cash processes

Stay Informed on SAP Developments

• Stay updated on the latest SAP developments and industry trends, applying new knowledge to enhance and optimize SAP Order to Cash projects

Project Contribution

• Actively contribute to the success of SAP OTC projects, meeting project deadlines and adapting to evolving requirements

Integration Expertise

• Utilize expertise in SAP integration tools to seamlessly integrate Order to Cash solutions with other systems as needed

Documentation

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP Order to Cash solutions, ensuring clarity and knowledge transfer within the team

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in SAP ECC projects, proposing and implementing enhancements to optimize system performance
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management 
• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations.

Qualifications 

Required

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• 6 years proven SAP OTC experience in SAP ECC / S4HANA projects.
• 6 years working in SAP Order To Cash module.
• 6 years’ experience with Customization and configuration of systems.
• 6 years’ experience testing and troubleshooting.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience working in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be able to start by 7/22/2024
