- Support security-related activities across proposals, contracts, and contract closeout processes
- Review, track, and maintain security documentation and compliance requirements for internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with Deloitte professionals to help address security protocols, requirements, and process questions
- Monitor assigned activities to support adherence to contract and internal security requirements
- Assist with reporting, recordkeeping, and administrative support tied to security operations

The team
At Deloitte, GPS Security is an internal operations team providing a range of security services. We help Deloitte professionals navigate security protocols from proposals, through the contract, to contract close out. Our clients are other Deloitte professionals. Our team members work collaboratively and apply their specialized knowledge and skills to think proactively to provide a holistic customer-centric experience for our Deloitte professionals and external clients.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of experience in security operations, compliance, risk management, contract support, or proposal support
- Experience supporting security requirements across proposal development, contract administration, and contract closeout
- Ability to be on-site in Chantilly, VA 5 days a week
- In-Scope Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) personnel security clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting government or public sector security requirements
- Experience working with contract security or compliance documentation
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders in an operations environment
- Experience using tracking tools or systems to manage security or compliance activities
