From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work you'll do

As a Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team, you will be responsible for…

• Serve as main client counterpart for the design, development, and administration of the Texas Back-Up Power Program.
• Leading project workstreams across strategy, growth, and transformation engagements from planning through execution
• Developing analyses, business cases, operating model recommendations, and executive-ready deliverables for client stakeholders
• Managing day-to-day client interactions, including status updates, issue resolution, and alignment on project milestones
• Overseeing junior team members by providing direction, reviewing work product, and supporting quality and timeliness
• Identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve client outcomes across complex transformation initiatives

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• 6 years of experience in strategy, business transformation, operations improvement, mergers and acquisitions, or enterprise change programs
• 2 years of experience leading project workstreams, project teams, or client deliverables
• Experience developing financial models, business cases, operating models, or transformation roadmaps
• Experience creating presentations, reports, or recommendations for executive stakeholders
• Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Professional experience in/with: Program Administration Standards

Preferred:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Public Policy, or a similar field
• Experience supporting strategy, transformation, or transaction engagements in a professional services environment
• Experience with cost optimization, restructuring, infrastructure, real estate, or sustainability initiatives
• Experience managing multiple project timelines and deliverables across cross-functional teams
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint for structured analysis and executive presentations
