Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team. This position involves cleaning residential properties, including apartments and homes, with a focus on preparing properties to be clean, sanitary, and ready for residents.
Responsibilities include:
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, mirrors, and floors
- Clean kitchens, including countertops, cabinets, sinks, appliances, and floors
- Vacuum and clean carpets and rugs
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum all flooring
- Dust and wipe down walls, baseboards, doors, windowsills, and other surfaces
- Clean bedrooms, living rooms, hallways, and common areas
- Remove trash and debris from properties
- Perform move-in, move-out, and apartment turnover cleaning
- Perform pressure washing of exterior surfaces such as sidewalks, patios, entryways, siding, and other designated areas
- Properly operate pressure-washing and cleaning equipment
- Identify and report damaged or excessively dirty areas
- Complete assigned properties within the expected timeframe
- Maintain a professional standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
Requirements:
- Previous residential, apartment, hotel, or commercial cleaning experience is preferred
- Pressure-washing experience is preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to different job locations
- Dependable and able to arrive on time
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including bending, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed
- Must be able to follow cleaning checklists and instructions
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can consistently leave properties clean and ready for occupancy. Work locations may vary depending on current projects and client needs.
Pay: $30.00 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 per week
