What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logistic Clerk position at DELO Industrial Adhesives?
Your Tasks:
- Process import and export documentation with accuracy and coordinate ground and air shipping operations
- Schedule shipment arrivals and pickups efficiently while handling order entry through company ERP systems
- Provide exceptional B2B customer service and process sample and loan requests professionally
- Organize and maintain sample stock inventory while monitoring overall inventory levels
- Maintain warehouse in clean and organized condition ensuring OSHA safety compliance
- Handle physical warehouse tasks including lifting up to seventy pounds
- Support general warehouse operations and special projects as needed
Your Skills:
- Due to hybrid work schedule you should be located in the greater Sudbury area
- Proven experience in logistics, internal sales, and ground/air shipping operations
- Proficiency with standard ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Infor preferred) and international business experience
- Required DOT and IATA Hazmat certifications with knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Physical capability for warehouse work including ability to lift up to seventy pounds regularly
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated individual capable of working with minimal supervision
- Professional communication skills for effective B2B interactions
