DelMed Inc. is currently seeking an OTR CDL A Driver based out of Indianapolis IN and
surrounding areas to join our team in transporting Mobile Medical Units for our highly esteemed
Medical clientele.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Pickup and delivery of Mobile Medical Trailers of multiple modalities to hospital/clinic locations
throughout the United States, with occasional opportunity for transport to Canada and Alaska.
Duties include (but are not limited to) preparing each unit for transport, safely transporting units to
delivery locations on a timely basis, and setting up each unit for the next day's use.
Schedule: This position is typically out an average of 2½ to 3 weeks at a time. Average time home
is 5 days, but varies depending on when the next transport is scheduled.

- Salary/Exempt position — $1,500 per week (~$78,000 annually).
- Paid Orientation.
- Quarterly incentive program.
- Per diem when applicable.
- Health, Vision, Dental, Life, and 401K benefit package.
- PTO: 10 days (2 weeks) after probation period; 3 weeks after 5 years.
- 4 Sick Days per Calendar Year.
- Rider Policy after Probation Period, as determined by Management.

Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of CDL A “tractor-trailer” driving experience.
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer service-oriented attitude — you will be
- Current Class A CDL.
- Ability to operate a manual transmission.
- Clean MVR required.
- Ability to adapt quickly to schedule changes.
This position requires the physical ability to perform the following throughout the course of a
transport/shift:
- Stand, walk, climb, balance, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl as needed.
- Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds.
