Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Carpenter, based in Salisbury, MD, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Carpenter will handle various tasks such as measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing wooden structures, fixtures, and furniture. They will use hand tools and power tools for construction, framing, and finish carpentry. Responsibilities also include reading blueprints, interpreting project requirements, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Carpentry and Finish Carpentry
- Experience in operating Hand Tools and Power Tools safely and efficiently
- Skills in Framing and assembling wooden structures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
