Key Responsibilities
Transaction Execution
- Lead day-to-day execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions
- Manage financial modeling, valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, comparable companies/transactions), and due diligence processes
- Oversee preparation of client deliverables including pitch books, CIMs, management presentations, and board materials
- Coordinate with internal teams (ECM, DCM, legal, compliance) and external stakeholders (clients, investors, advisors)
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, trusted relationships
- Support senior bankers in developing and executing strategic advisory mandates
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector
- Contribute to pitch development and marketing efforts
- Maintain deep knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor Associates and Analysts, providing guidance on technical work and career development
- Ensure quality control across all workstreams
- Drive efficient execution processes and best practices within the team
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- 5–8 years of investment banking experience, with significant exposure to healthcare transactions
- Proven track record of leading deal execution in M&A and/or capital markets
Technical Skills
- Advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise
- Strong understanding of healthcare subsectors (biotech, pharma, HC services, medtech, etc.)
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and reimbursement models is a plus

Salary : $350,000 - $450,000
