Delmar Gardens of Smyrna is seeking a Full-Time Staffing Coordinator (Scheduling Coordinator) for our beautiful skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. Must have exceptional communication and organizational skills, be honest and fair and deal tactfully with our dear staff.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.

Job Functions May Include
- Creates and update schedules
- Manages central supply
- Coordinates and supplements facility staff with agency staff when needed
- Adjusts schedules to ensure continuity of care
- Greets and Onboards Agency staff
- Assists with daily assignment sheets for CNAs, CMT’s
- Reviews bi-weekly payroll for all CNAs and CMTs to ensure accuracy
- Assists with reference checks, verification of certifications, follow-up on new hires etc.
