Job Responsibilities
- Accounts receivable management encompassing Medicaid, VA, and Private Pay billing and collections
- Overseeing the Resident Trust accounts/activity
- Daily cash posting
- Handle family inquiries pertaining to billing
- Participate in monthly close processing (including triple check)
- Post ancillary charges monthly
- Prepare the daily census report
