Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor new cleaning technicians
- Conduct quality control inspections at client homes and businesses
- Provide coaching and performance feedback
- Document training progress and inspection results
- Assist in maintaining company standards and procedures
- Support management with employee development and accountability
Qualifications:
- Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and professionally
