Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team at the newly remodeled Wisconsin Hotel and Conference Center. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas within our hotel as well as exemplifying the 'Midwest Nice' that Wisconsin is known for (helpful, kind, and engaging). This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring that every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and other necessary items in each room.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to meet health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
