Automotive Sales Consultant

Nick Dellen Chevrolet GMC is looking for a motivated, personable, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team in Tipton!
Whether you have previous automotive sales experience or are looking to start a new career in the industry, we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is driven to succeed, and is ready to provide an excellent experience from the moment a customer walks through the door.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle shopping and purchasing process
- Build relationships with customers and help them find the right vehicle for their needs
- Demonstrate new Chevrolet, GMC, and pre-owned vehicles
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and technology
- Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and previous customers
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, incentives, and manufacturer programs
- Work with the sales and management teams to ensure a smooth purchasing experience
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Represent Nick Dellen Chevrolet GMC professionally both in the dealership and within the community

- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
