Automotive Sales Consultant

Due to growing our sales, the Dellen Automotive Family is looking to add to our team! We offer seven different vehicle lines in one location, millions of dollars in inventory, a very competitive pay plan, training pay, and insurance benefits as well! We are located just east of Indianapolis, on US 40 in the growing community of Greenfield, please apply in person or online.

Responsibilities Include:

• Working with our customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
• Becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of our vehicles and their technology
• Test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features
• Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads

The ideal candidate will have:

• A hunger to succeed and earn money
• Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
• A steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
• Basic computer, email and internet proficiency
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
• Weekend availability is needed as well as some evening hours
• Valid U.S. Driver's license
