What You'll Be Doing:
- Set up, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and consumer electronic devices (with a focus on Bluetooth-enabled products).
- Perform device testing, validation, and troubleshooting across hardware, software, and connectivity layers.
- Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions to enable efficient testing and deployment.
- Collaborate closely with QA and Development teams to reproduce issues, debug failures, and improve product quality.
- Develop and maintain test frameworks and automation scripts using Python and PyTest.
- Support mobile automation testing using Appium.
- Manage lab infrastructure, including test nodes, devices, and network configurations.
- Maintain clear documentation of test setups, issues, and resolutions.
- Use tools like Jira and GitHub for issue tracking, version control, and collaboration.
- Work closely with leads and managers on lab activities and priorities.
- Coordinate with development teams to support testing and issue resolution.
- Manage lab operations, including test systems and device availability and network failures and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support and solutions to offshore teams based on project needs.
What We Are Looking For:
- Domain knowledge of consumer electronics, especially devices that communicate over Bluetooth.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across systems and devices.
- Good communication skills and ability to work across teams.
- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
